Shipping policy

General Shipping:

We ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. If your order includes an illegible or incomplete address; your order may be delayed. The customer will be responsible for all charges on incorrect addresses. A $15.00 re-route fee will be charge for all orders that need to be re-routed.

Food Items:

Sometimes substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery of your order. We will make every effort to substitute items as similar as possible to your requested choice. Also, substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value. CURRENTLY WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS ON FOOD ITEMS DUE TO CURRENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
